How A Job Runs

This is the order a job runs in, from the first call to handover.

  1. Stage 01

    Book a call

    Schedule a call with Ryan and get your questions answered by the owner himself. The 5 minute call will cover all the necessary details we need to properly quote you for your job. On this call Ryan will schedule a suitable time for a site visit.

  2. Stage 02

    The site visit

    Someone from the VANDERBUILD family will come down to measure out and snap some photos so we know exactly what the vision is for your project.

  3. Stage 03

    The quote

    We generally give a verbal quote to you on-site but we'll also send it to you formally for your records and ours. Priced and listed separately so you know what you're paying for.

  4. Stage 04

    The build

    This is our bread and butter. Let us handle the process and all you have to do is watch it come to life.

  5. Stage 05

    The handover

    The exciting bit. We do a quality analysis and we review the work with you to see if there is anything that needs attending to before we give you the final invoice.

  • We handle carpentry, extensions and renovations, tiling and waterproofing, plastering and painting, decking and landscaping. Electrical and plumbing are done by licensed trades, and we coordinate them as part of the job.

  • It depends on the scope, the finishes and the condition of what is already there. We quote free and on site, and every trade is listed separately so you can see where the money goes.
